What is the Purpose of this Site:

Is art dead, or did it simply morph?

I want to believe it morphed and advanced and became more distinctive of the capabilities of humans.

Although artificial intelligence tools are expanding in capabilities and reach, we want to continue to maintain our creativity edge over all machines. If they learn how to be creative, it would be by copying us or a collective of our ideas. The machine doesn’t feel, nor does it know how to appreciate beauty or have any sensational interactions with something sublime, something only we can feel and enjoy, be it a painting, an image, a video, or a book, we are and will always be the masters of creativity.

This website is the place where authors and researchers can share where we are in this evolution, what we need to do to advance creativity and maintain our dominion over the machine's world. And help shape the focus points to not only care for the creativity of the future but also maintain the creativity platforms of the past. Thus, the name of the site was carefully chosen: “Digital Content Creatives.”

Although we are calling it digital content, in the future this identification of “digital” may no longer be valid, medium to hold information and share it may change, or advance to something other than digital, only time can tell. But we should also strive to maintain the information safe and uncorrupted, as we do when logging historical events.

And yes, we are concerned, but we can do it.
